Shipping Policy

Delivery Times:

We aim to dispatch standard build orders next working day after payment confirmation if goods are in stock. We typically ship out of one of various US based fulfilment centers where Sprocket X products are stocked, leveraging the Amazon FBA network for fast nationwide delivery.  In rare cases where a product is not in stock, we ship from our Australian headquarters via DHL, with delivery across the USA usually within 5 business days.
